This place is pure luxury. The main atrium, it’s like stepping into a palace—seriously. had grand views of everything and it felt nice not being crowded at all.

We enjoyed the beautiful park view from our room and appreciated the friendly attitude of the baggage porters, who were very attentive. Our service dog was welcomed, which made our stay much easier. The hotel's spacious lobby had a luxurious touch that we loved.

My wife says that the air conditioning was unreliable, which really disrupted our sleep. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu, which could be better for family dining options.

The hotel has a fantastic lobby and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the internet connection was inconsistent, and the restaurant service was slower than expected. Overall, I left with a positive feeling, despite a few service hiccups during my trip.

Rooms felt quite outdated and in need of serious refurbishment, with evident wear and dirt on surfaces, carpets, and windows. Multiple issues arose, like malfunctioning TV sets that weren’t addressed during the stay and poor room service response times. an hour wait for breakfast, only to discover the order hadn’t gone through. The unreliable lift access made getting to the sixth floor a hassle, especially after long days. Additionally, the overall atmosphere felt uncoordinated, making for a frustrating experience during what should be a relaxing stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing. Breakfast offered a huge selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and various hot and cold dishes, which I really appreciated. The gym facilities were among the best I've encountered in hotels, with a good variety of equipment for a solid workout. However, there were definitely areas of improvement. The elevators were slow, and on several occasions, they were out of order, which created some hassle getting to my room. There were also inconsistencies in staff service. while some were attentive, others seemed disorganized and inattentive.

From the moment I stepped into the grand atrium, I felt wrapped in luxury. My Deluxe King Room with a stunning city view was an oasis of comfort and style. The spa and wellness center was dreamy – I indulged in a full body massage, and the heated swimming pool was pure bliss!
